New Clients: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete an intake form. We kindly ask that all clients attend appointments alone. All clients and staff must wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth while in the lobby. To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that cell phones be silenced and not used during your visit to ensure a relaxing spa experience.
A valid ID is necessary for all credit/debit card transactions. We encourage contactless debit/credit card payments, such as Samsung Pay or Apple Pay, but they are not mandatory.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is necessary to secure any of our Spa Packages.
24-Hour Cancellation or Change Policy: Any appointment changes or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to the credit card or gift card used for the reservation. Late cancellations are subject to this fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and the need to reschedule. Please note that late arrivals will not extend the scheduled treatment time, and full payment will be required.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please log in to your Omni Day Spa Account through our Meevo Booking Software or respond to your appointment confirmation text or email. Appointment confirmations are sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Appointment Reminder and Confirmation: We will send you a reminder via text, call, or email 48 hours before your appointment to confirm and address any questions you may have. If your appointment remains unconfirmed the day before, it will be removed from our schedule. Please ensure that we have an up-to-date phone number and email to reach you effectively.
Please note that clients can also reach us by text at (404) 941-0065 during our business hours, if you're unable to reach us by phone or email.
Guests Under the Age of 18: Children aged 17 and under must have a parent or guardian present in the spa for the entirety of their visit. Both the client and the parent/guardian must sign a consent form before services can begin. Omni Day Spa retains the right to terminate any service if we believe the child is disrupting other clients' relaxation.
All services, products, and gift cards provided at Omni Day Spa are non-refundable. We may adjust, discontinue, or change prices without prior notice to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
